Membership in the LSP Association is a substantial amount of benefit, including up to the minute information on training courses, free attendance at monthly membership meetings, listing in our web-based directory of members and periodic bulletins and white papers regarding regulatory changes and other issues of concern to the profession. In addition, members receive discounted rates for training courses sponsored by the LSP Association and select conferences. We also encourage new members to become involved with any one of our many committees, as membership participation is a vital part of the Association and an opportunity to keep abreast of issues concerning the MCP and LSP practice.
Full Membership is available to persons holding current licenses to practice as a Hazardous Waste Site Cleanup Professionals (LSP) in Massachusetts. The current annual membership fee is $150.
Associate Membership is available to persons who are not LSPs and are engaged in the evaluation, investigation, development, or supervision of oil and hazardous waste materials and the remediation of contamination resulting there from or have direct occupational or professional interest in oil and hazardous materials management and pollution abatement. The current annual membership fee is $100
Public Agency, Student and Non-Profit Membership is available to persons in accredited universities, colleges or other centers of learning who teach or are studying subjects related to oil and hazardous materials and pollution abatement, those associated with the regulation of oil and hazardous materials and persons associated with allied non-profit or not-for-profit organizations. The current annual membership fee is $20.
