The Engineering Center (TEC) provides administrative support on an annual contractual basis to the LSPA, specifically including: administration of membership, database systems, finances, meetings and seminars; coordination and production of the newsletter and website; and general administrative support. TEC also provides an email address, public relations and editorial expertise, networking opportunities with allied professional organizations, a library and a conference center with meeting space.
Located on Beacon Hill in Boston, Massachusetts, TEC is a consortium of associations and professional societies providing educational programs and information services to engineers, land surveyors, related professionals and the public. TEC’s mission is to increase public awareness of the value of the engineering profession, provide current information affecting the profession, offer administrative facilities and services to engineering organizations in New England and provide a forum for discussion and resolution of professional issues.
