LSPA represents the interests of its members and issues for their practices by tracking and participating in legislative and regulatory initiatives. LSPA participates on DEP workgroups, comments on proposed regulations, and assigns a liaison to the Waste Site Cleanup Advisory Committee. LSPA also tracks, provides comment and testimony on, and promotes legislation relating to the practice of our members.
