Licensed Hazardous Waste Site Cleanup Professionals (LSPs) are licensed by the Board of Registration of Hazardous Waste Site Cleanup Professionals, or LSP Board. The Board also establishes rules of professional conduct for LSPs, and issues advisory rulings relating to rules of conduct.
