This workshop has been approved by the LSP Board for 1.0 hours of DEP Regulatory continuing education credit (#1591). This is a repeat from the February LSPA Membership Meeting and the May Western Massachusetts Membership Meeting. 

Workshop Description:  

Since inception of the “semi-privatized” program to implement the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP) in 1993, MassDEP has been required to audit response actions at disposal sites.  This workshop will focus on looking at the audit process, potential enforcement outcomes, the cleanup of sites over time, and how the program has evolved.
