LSPA opposes Senate Bill #110: “An Act Relative to Liability Insurance for Licensed Site Professionals.” This bill would mandate that LSPs maintain liability insurance in an amount no less than $100,000. LSPA supports Senate Bill #340: An Act to Revitalize Urban Centers. This bill would modify MGL 21E to expand the definition of “Background” to include certain concentrations of chemical constituents in Historic Urban Fill and also in Indoor Air.
