The LSPA delivered this letter to the Joint Committee on the Environment, Natural Resources, and Agriculture. This letter is in support of H. 452, which was being heard by the committee and the LSPA was not able to testify in person.

LSPA sent a letter to MassDEP regarding the role of LSPs in its yet-to-be-released proposed interim policy for facilities receiving more than 100,000 cubic yards of soil.
