Course Description:

This two-hour MassDEP Regulatory course is designed to provide LSPs and other interested parties with an in-depth review of the following aspects of Brownfields redevelopment:

Federal and State funding sources;
Grants and grant eligibility;
Stakeholder communication and assembling project teams;
Environmental Justice; and
The effects of the 2023 amendments to the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP; 310 CMR 40.0000).

The course will be moderated by David Foss of MassDEP. Mr. Foss will introduce all course topics, participate as an instructor, and will lead the panel discussion at the end of the course.
