There will be a meeting of the Waste Site Cleanup Advisory Committee on Thursday, January 26, 2017, 9:30 am – 12:00 pm at MassDEP’s Boston Office, One Winter Street, 2^nd floor conference rooms. 

The agenda topics include:

• General program & guidance updates
• Update on TCE site review
• MassDEP’s new VPH method by GC/MS (presented by John Fitzgerald) 
• Legislation filed by LSPA on Homeowner Oil releases/insurance (presented by the LSPA)
• BWSC’s review of laboratory submittals for analyses under the CAM
• MCP amendments - with a focus on November’s discussion on possible Imminent Hazard (IH) related revisions and BWSC’s follow-up/review of IH stats
• Update on Active Exposure Pathway Mitigation Measure telemetry registration and compliance
• Draft fact sheet on Sampling and Analysis of Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) at MCP sites

The meeting will be streamed live on MassDEP’s YouTube channel and a more polished version will be archived there shortly after.
