Day of Event / Venue Information

  • Venue: A venue map can be found here. Registration will take place in the area marked on the map, and we’ll be using Grand South and Grand North for courses.
  • Meals: This event features breakfast, lunch, and an evening networking reception. Attendees must sign up for these offerings during registration so we have an accurate head count. To attend breakfast or lunch, you must attend a course that happens immediately before or after the course.
  • Parking: Free on-site parking is available at the hotel.
  • Virtual attendance: This is no virtual option for this event. The LSPA will record the courses and may, at its discretion, create on-demand offerings at a later date.
  • CEU Certificates: CEU Certificates for all courses will be distributed electronically through the LSPA's Learning Management System (LMS) a few days after the event. You will receive an email notifying you when the CEU Certificate is available for download. The downloadable PDF will contain all available CEU certificates (MA LSP, CT LEP and NY PE/PG). Just print the CEUs that pertain to you. In past years, CT LEP Board has offered half credit for each symposium course. Attendees must earn a minimum of 2.0 CT LEP credits during the symposium. Multiple courses can be paired together.
