LSPA 2026 September Membership Meeting 

Membership Meeting Presentation Information
The September Membership Meeting will feature Millie Garcia-Serrano, Assistant Commissioner, MassDEP BWSC, and Hank Webster, Acting Deputy Commissioner for Policy and Planning, MassDEP, who will present on MassDEP program updates and initiatives for fiscal year 2027 (FY27), and MassDEP’s activities over the past year.

Specifically, Acting Deputy Commissioner Webster will present MassDEP’s program priorities for the Department as a whole during FY27, in addition to reflecting on the strategic environmental goals of the Healey administration, under the leadership of MassDEP Commissioner Bonnie Heiple and EOEEA Secretary Rebecca Tepper, and how they impact the direction of MassDEP. Assistant Commissioner Millie Garcia-Serrano will provide an overview of BWSC’s FY27 program plan, activities, and initiatives with an emphasis on the Bureau’s direction on PFAS, program policy updates, training, and the annual review of BWSC-related measures of success for FY26. A Q&A session will follow.
