Meeting Information
The presentation will cover the basics on designing and implementing a soil characterization program for sites where remediation or redevelopment plans require off-site transport of soil.  It will also cover information about soil data evaluation in preparation for soil receiving facility approval from the perspective of an LSP. During this session, speakers will:

  • Discuss the pros and cons of utilizing soil “pre-characterization”
  • Explore considerations for designing a “pre-characterization” program
  • Review how to evaluate data to obtain soil receiving facility approval

Time will be provided at the end for questions with the audience.
