Course Information

This comprehensive course provides a practical, working knowledge of the Massachusetts Waste Site Cleanup Regulations, commonly known as the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP). It is tailored for non-Licensed Site Professionals (non-LSPs) who need to understand the MCP framework, while also serving as an in-depth refresher for LSPs seeking a thorough regulatory review.

Led by six senior environmental practitioners, including LSPs, risk assessors, and an environmental attorney, this program delivers real-world insight into how the MCP is implemented from site discovery through closure and beyond. Participants will gain a clear understanding of regulatory requirements, timelines, common pitfalls, and what to expect from MassDEP.
