What looms on the horizon for facilities as regulators step up efforts to protect Environmental Justice Communities?

State and Federal policy makers are putting into play new regulations with which industry must comply in order to operate or expand within 1 to 2 miles of  Environmental Justice populations. At the same time, the agencies are developing new tools to ensure these rules are enforced.
