Presentation Description:
This presentation will assist LSPs and other environmental professionals by adding to the LSP community by:

  • Highlighting pertinent regulatory authority, timelines, and triggers;
  • Reviewing and distinguishing different types of PCB wastes;
  • Identifying key regulatory updates and considerations since 2013; and
  • Discussing upcoming rules, guidance, and other considerations.
