LSPA 2025-2026 Member Meeting Sponsorship Opportunities

Want to highlight your company during a specific event? Meeting sponsorships provide direct exposure to our engaged membership during our monthly Membership Meetings. And, with most meetings being held virtually, sponsors will have increased access to meeting participants.

Membership Meeting sponsorship opportunities run from September 2025 through June 2026. Click here to view the schedule of upcoming membership meetings.

Information on meeting sponsorships is below; interested companies can sign up to sponsor one or more meetings.

Virtual Meeting Sponsorships: $325
Sponsor benefits include:

A logo and link to the sponsor's website on the LSPA's website meeting’s calendar entry, and the registration forms.
Recognition in all email / social media posts related to the meeting.
Speaking time before the Membership Meeting begins.
Complimentary meeting passes for up to two representatives to attend (registrations are not for credit).

In-Person Meeting Sponsorships: $500

Sponsor benefits include:

A logo and link to the sponsor's website on the LSPA's website meeting’s calendar entry, and the registration forms.
Recognition in all email / social media posts related to the meeting.
Speaking time before the Membership Meeting begins.
Complimentary meeting passes for up to two representatives to attend (registrations are not for credit).
A display table for handouts and other materials at the meeting.
