This in-person MCP Training course has been submitted to the LSP Board of Registration for approval of 4.0 DEP Regulatory Credits for LSPs who register for and complete the course. This is a new course.  

Course Description: 
This course will summarize the amendments to the MCP which become effective March 1, 2024. The primary objective of the training is to highlight and explain the new regulatory changes and provide information related to the implementation of the new provisions.
