Presentation Description: 600 Davol Street, Fall River This property consists of two man-made piers and natural features along the Taunton River; in the early 2000s, PCBs were discovered in soil at the pier areas. Since then, Fall River has used various Brownfield and City funding sources to remove and consolidate impacted soil, rebuild the pier walls, cap the site, and build the recreation area. Polar Park and Madison Commons Redevelopment, Worcester The Polar Park and Madison Commons redevelopment has been a transformational project for Worcester. Redevelopment of the site, which is the location of several prior MCP releases, is being performed under a RAM, the primary objective of which is to manage contaminated soil and groundwater during the redevelopment project.
