LSP Board of Registration - IMPORTANT UPDATE

The LSP Board of Registration has informed the LSPA that the following email was sent out to every active LSP to inform them that they can now sign up for the online portal called ePlace/Accela. This will allow LSPs to start using the online platform to submit renewal applications, pay invoices, change address, and many other actions. 

Please note that the online portal does have a Help Desk option ([email protected]). For any questions about getting set up or following that, the Help Desk is the preferred option to resolve those questions.

Licensed Site Professional Board - IMPORTANT UPDATE-ACTION REQUIRED

Licensed Site Professional applications for initial application, limited application exam registration, renewal, supplemental renewal, change of address and change of status of LSP license has transitioned from their current paper process format to the electronic Commonwealth of Massachusetts EEA ePLACE Portal.

Specific directions on the new online system are available on Mass.gov/LSP webpages.

Please refer to the attached documents for instructions on how to link your existing LSP License to the EEA ePLACE Portal account.

When setting up your ePLACE the account, please use an e-mail address that you monitor frequently is monitored closely [sic], as important information will be sent to this address regarding applications to amend or renew your license. e-mails from EIPAS (ENV) [email protected] will be used for communications, please always check your junk or spam folders to ensure these emails are not being misdirected.
